CLYMB is in its early phase — not as a limitation, but as an opportunity. We are laying the ground for something built to last: a product grounded in science, an architecture built for scale, and an organization built to think.
I founded this to work in closed loop. Not a company where information travels up a hierarchy before a decision comes back down — but a structure where an intelligent layer sits at the center, and humans lead that intelligence rather than route around it. Everyone here builds. Everyone is close to the product, the data, and the decisions.
There is no layer of management to pitch ideas to. There is no queue of approvals. There is a small group of people who care about climbing, about good software, and about building systems that actually work — and a commitment to keep it that way for as long as possible.

Open positions
Two roles, both foundational.
Climbing Trainer
Design, review, and iterate on climbing training plans and exercise libraries. You will own the science behind CLYMB's programming: building closed-loop training systems that respond to athlete performance data and drive measurable adaptation over time.
What you will do
- Design periodized training plans grounded in sport science
- Build and curate an exercise library with progressions and regressions
- Develop closed-loop feedback systems that adapt load based on athlete output
- Review and validate AI-generated training suggestions for accuracy and safety
- Collaborate directly with the development team to translate methodology into product logic
Ideal profile
A certified or experienced climbing coach with a background in strength and conditioning, periodization, and a genuine interest in how technology can extend coaching reach.

Architect and build multi-agent orchestration systems that power CLYMB's intelligent training engine. You care about performance, data safety, and building systems that scale without accumulating fragility.
What you will do
- Design and implement multi-agent pipelines for training plan generation and adaptation
- Build robust data pipelines with privacy-first architecture
- Optimize inference performance for real-time personalization at scale
- Evaluate and integrate LLM tooling with production-grade reliability standards
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions from the ground up
Ideal profile
An engineer who thinks in systems, has hands-on experience with agentic frameworks, and is motivated by building things that matter, not just things that demo well.
